or misleading use of our content.

8) Payments & Access If you purchase a subscription, you agree to applicable pricing, term, and renewal language displayed at checkout
by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

9) Intellectual Property All site content, models, selections, graphics, and trademarks are owned by PickProphet.ai or licensed to us and are
protected by applicable IP laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10) Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickProphet.ai and its affiliates disclaim liability for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages, and our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PickProphet.ai and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of
the services or violation of these Terms.

12) Governing Law; Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive
venue lies in state or federal courts located in Texas.

13) Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective
date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
